TRAINING

For each company, the knowledge, skills, experience and competence of its employees represent an asset, that cannot be estimated high enough, and using this asset properly, this decides frequently on success or failure of a company.

The norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2015-11 (Requirements for Quality Management Systems) also focuses on the subject "competence" in chapter 7.2 b). The original text states: “The organization shall ensure that these persons [the employees, note], are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, or experience.” What is meant by competence within the meaning of the standard DIN EN ISO 9000:2015-11 is defined in chapter 3.10.4 (Competence) as “ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results”.
